This briefing, written in association with the Ecnomist Intelligence Unit, addresses the concept, the benefits and the implementation of economic as it applies to financial services institutions.
The research effort for this e-briefing comprised both substantial desk research and a series of in-depth interviews with leading figures on economic capital in January and February 2002.
